For white wines we use machine harvesting at night to avoid oxidation and loss of aromas, and for the reds: Manual harvesting in boxes, with exhaustive selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery.

Elaboration

Traditional method
Concrete tanks, in keeping with tradition, for our reds and stainless steel for our whites. Barrels from the best French cooperages, which provide elegance, finesse and longevity.
